What to include in your message
To help us help you faster, include as much of this as you can:
- The email address linked to your StreamPicks account.
- Your StreamPicks username (if you know it).
- The device + OS version you're on (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.2).
- A short description of what happened, and what you expected.
- Screenshots or screen recordings if the issue is visual.
- For purchases: the date of the transaction and the last 4 digits of the App Store / Play Store order ID.
If you're asking about a specific pack pull or Arena match, include the timestamp — it makes the support log much faster to find.

Creator removal & takedown requests
StreamPicks is an independent game and isn't affiliated with any creator. If you're the creator depicted (or you represent them) and you want out of the game, we'll honor that.
File a formal request on our creator & rights-holder takedown page. It asks for your identity, your authority, and a signed attestation so we can act quickly and so random users can't request removals. Prefer email? Write streampicksapp@gmail.com with the same details.
